- Our gas prices went up
5 cents yesterday to $3.35/gallon15 cents a gallon from yesterday morning to this morning to 3.45/gallon. - The media reports that gas prices are going up because of speculation that the unrest in the Middle East will become a problem in oil delivery.
- We have a large inventory of gasoline in the U.S. right now, but we have to pay more for it because there “might” be a problem later. I wonder who is getting rich on this “speculation”?
- Wind chill heading below zero again here today. We could use a break from this cold.
- Speaking of speculation, there has been a lot of that this week about my job … my status remains unknown.

Our gas prices have been jumping up, too. I bought gas at $3.09 on Tuesday because I needed it and I happened upon a station that was 10 cents cheaper than anywhere else. Then the next day, everyone was at $3.29. Glad I bought it when I did!
