Mabel, Sophie and Snow

Fortunately the aforementioned snow never arrived (at least not in a way that stuck to the ground). It is cold here and it has been snowing, but it has not been shovel-worthy. Snow?!

It is April 5, 2013. Our forecast for tonight and tomorrow is for 6 inches of heavy wet snow (the kind of snow that is like driving in Crisco). This is just wrong on so many levels. Since the first day of Spring, my daughter looks outside everyday and says “go away snow”. I have to concur. Looks like no walks with doggies this weekend.
