Iowa Delegate Apportionment

While there has been much ado about Mitt Romney’s 8-vote win over Rick Santorum in the Iowa Caucuses yesterday, for the most part the event was for “show” and “recognition” for the top two finalists. Romney & Santorum vs Edith & Carolyn
