Between blizzards and tornadoes

In the Upper Peninsula of Michigan today there are blizzard warnings. Not far south of us, there are tornado warnings and other severe thunderstorm warnings. At our house, it has been 39 degrees with a windchill of 34 and we have been receiving drenching rain since about 7 am this morning (also thunder and lightning).
